  • 2. Post consistently for 4 to 6 weeks. Two to three posts a week, on topics relevant to where you want to go next, builds a body of work that recruiters and decision-makers can see. This is the substrate paid distribution amplifies.
  • 3. Track your inbound signals. Profile views, connection requests from your target market, and DMs. If those numbers are flat after 6 weeks of organic posting, then a campaign with us starts to make sense. If they are climbing, keep going organically.
