Posting Content to LinkedIn from the Authentic.ly Platform

This guide walks you through how to publish or schedule your LinkedIn content directly from the Authentic.ly platform.

Prerequisites

• Before you begin, make sure your LinkedIn account is properly connected to Authentic.ly.

Accessing the Creator View

1. In the left-side menu, select My LinkedIn Posts.
2. Locate the desired content item and click the edit icon under the Actions column.
3. You will be redirected to the Creator view.
4. Within the Creator, find and open the LinkedIn section.

Option 1: To Post Immediately (Post Now)

1. To post immediately, click Post Now.
2. A confirmation modal will appear.
3. Select Post Now to instantly publish the content.

Option 2: To Schedule the Post

1. To schedule the post, click the calendar icon in the Scheduling Post Date field.
2. Select the desired date.
3. The specific time for the scheduled post will default to the time configured in the settings.
4. Click Schedule Post.
5. Select Schedule Post in the modal to finalize the scheduling.

Confirmation

• After scheduling, the content’s status in the My LinkedIn Post list will update to Scheduled and the posting date will be displayed in the Post Date column.
