Part 1: Professional Background
The first part of the onboarding focuses on your professional career.
You will answer questions about:
- Professional role or business – what you do and who you serve.
- Career motivation – why you chose your path.
- Target audience – who you want to reach on LinkedIn.
Click Next to proceed to the next part.
Part 2: Personal Branding
This section explores your desired public perception and interests.
You will be asked questions about:
- Topics of interest – subjects you enjoy discussing.
- Desired perception – how you want to be seen professionally.
- Core values – what you never compromise on in your work.
Click Next to continue and select the topics you care about.
Part 3: Topic Selection
Here, you define the themes for your future content suggestions.
- Choose 3–7 topics that reflect your interests or expertise.
- Press Enter after each keyword. These keywords guide your future content suggestions.
Click Next to set up your voice profile.
Part 4: Voice Profile Definition
In this section, you’ll define how you express yourself in writing.
Questions include:
- How you start posts or stories.
- Sentence structure – short and punchy vs. descriptive and detailed.

- Use of personal stories or opinions.

- Use of humor, emotion, or strong expressions.
Providing Samples
- Provide 3–10 samples of your past LinkedIn posts, blog articles, or newsletter excerpts that best reflect your professional voice and style.

Part 5: Reflections and Backstories
This final section focuses on making your content more relatable.
- Share 2–4 personal backstories or lessons that shaped your journey.
- These stories highlight the values and moments that define who you are.
Once you’ve answered all questions, click Finish.
